Lighting schedules are based on information collected by our lighting specialists during our free lighting assessments. Lighting schedules organize information on current energy use and expected future savings.

What happens during a lighting assessment?

One of our lighting specialists will come by your location for a visit and walk through the facility to assess and analyze your specific lighting requirements. Lighting Solutions will then setup a proposal, which will outline the possible lighting options, amount of savings, government rebates, and ROI specified to your requirements. With this report, we can now provide your business with a clear savings comparison between your current system and retrofitted or upgraded lighting system. We also take into account government rebate incentives, energy saving fixtures, timers and occupancy sensors, and other technologies to ensure that you are aware of all the options to reduce your energy consumption and costs.

Lighting Solutions offers this lighting assessment service completely complimentary and there’s no obligation associated with it.

Lighting Schedules

Following the assessment, you'll receive a detailed proposal that will outline the products that best suit the lighting requirements of the building, focusing on energy efficiency and customer budget. Your proposal will also include:

• Your Current Energy Consumption
• An Estimated Future Energy Consumption
• An Estimated Annual Savings
• An Estimated SaveONEnergy Rebate
• The Total Project Cost
• Time To Recover Your Costs of Initial Investment, aka: ROI (which is usually between 1-5 years)
• Additional Energy Saving Recommendations (ie: occupancy sensors)

A convenient schedule for installation will be arranged and confirmed. Our goal is to schedule the project in a way that ensures minimal interruption to the daily operations of your business. Our licensed team of master electricians will implement the installation in a clean and efficient way.

Don't know what to do with all the old mercury containing bulbs? We can also provide lamp recycling services and the safe disposal of all waste products upon project completion. If applicable, a recycling certificate can be issued to you.
